Inviting team members
Add teammates to your organization and manage their access.
On the Team plan, your whole crew works in one shared workspace — every page, code, form, and file, visible to everyone on the team. Here's how to bring people in.
Invite a teammate
- Go to Settings → Members (you'll need to be an Owner or Admin).
- Under Invite teammates, enter their email address.
- Pick a role — Editor or Admin — and click Invite.
They receive an email invitation; one click signs them in and lands them in the team. Invitations expire after 14 days, and pending invites are listed on the Members page, where you can revoke them.
The three roles
- Owner — everything, including billing, seats, plan changes, and deleting the team. Ownership can be transferred to another member.
- Admin — manages the team: rename it, invite and remove members, change roles. No access to billing.
- Editor — builds and edits everything in the workspace, without team-management powers.
Day to day, most teammates are Editors; give Admin to whoever helps run the roster.
Seats
The Team plan includes 3 seats, and pending invites count toward them. Need more? Each additional seat is $15/month — when you invite past the cap, the owner is offered Add seat & invite in one step, with the prorated cost shown before confirming. Seats can also be adjusted anytime from Settings → Subscription & Billing.
Managing the roster
From the Members page, Admins and Owners can change anyone's role via the dropdown on their row, or remove a member with the trash icon. Members can leave a team themselves from Settings → General — with one safeguard: the last Owner must transfer ownership before leaving.
