Plans, upgrading, and billing
What each plan includes and how to change yours.
Qbit has three plans. Start free, upgrade when the free limits pinch, and manage everything yourself from Settings.
The plans
- Starter — free forever. 3 QR codes, 3 pages, 5 media files. Full design tools, branded codes, and publishing included — real work, no card required.
- Premium — $24/month (or $20/month billed annually). 100 QR codes, 50 pages, unlimited media, plus the power features: scan analytics, UTM tracking, forms, menus, themes, folders, tags, ad campaigns, and the Canva, Untappd, and Google Analytics integrations.
- Team — $59/month (or $49/month billed annually). Everything in Premium with no limits on codes or pages, plus a shared workspace with 3 seats included — additional seats are $15/month. See Inviting team members.
The 14-day Premium trial
Premium comes with a free 14-day trial (one per account, card required). You keep Premium automatically when the trial ends, and you can cancel anytime before then from the billing page — a banner in the app counts down the days so it never sneaks up on you.
Upgrading, downgrading, canceling
Everything lives at Settings → Subscription & Billing (visible to the account owner):
- Upgrade — Free → Premium or Team starts a checkout; Premium → Team switches in place, with unused Premium time credited and the prorated difference shown before you confirm.
- Adjust seats (Team) — add or remove seats with the stepper; prorated costs are shown before anything is charged.
- Manage Subscription — opens the secure billing portal for updating your card, viewing invoices, and canceling.
If a payment fails
If a payment fails, you get a 7-day grace period with warnings before the account goes read-only — fix the card and everything resumes.
