Creating a form and viewing submissions
Collect responses on your pages and review them in the portal.
Forms let visitors respond right on your page — sign up, RSVP, ask a question, place a request. Forms are included with Premium and Team plans.
Build the form
- Go to Forms and click New Form. Title it and click Create.
- Click Add field for each question. Eight field types are available: Text, Text Area, Email, Number, Phone, Dropdown, Checkbox, and Radio. Mark fields as Required where it matters, and keep the total short — every extra field costs you completions.
- In Settings, two options worth setting:
- Email notifications — get an email at your account address every time someone submits.
- Success message — what respondents see after submitting (defaults to "Thank you for your submission!").
- Click Publish. A form only accepts submissions once published.
Put it on a page
- Open your page in the editor, click Add, and choose Form from the Components group.
- Click Manage, select your form, and publish the page.
The form inherits the page's theme, and every part of it — labels, inputs, button, success message — can be styled from the element's style panel.
Spam protection, built in
Every form ships with an invisible security check and rate limiting, so your inbox gets real responses, not bots. Nothing to configure.
Reading the responses
Open the form and switch to the Responses tab:
- Responses arrive in a table, newest first, with each answer, which page it came from, and when.
- Export → Export as CSV downloads the complete history, ready for a spreadsheet.
- The same form can run on several pages — the "Qbit" column tells you which page each response came from.
Like menus, form edits are drafts until published, and the Active toggle lets you retire a form (stop accepting responses everywhere) without deleting what it already collected.
