Transferring resources

Move codes and pages between folders and organizations.

If you belong to more than one team, you can move your work between them — for example, migrating pages and codes from your personal workspace into a shared team after upgrading.

Moving resources to another team

  1. Open the Transfer resources page. The team you're currently working in is the source.
  2. Choose the destination — any other team you're a member of.
  3. Tick the items to move. Pages, QR codes, themes, forms, and media can all be transferred, each listed with a count.
  4. Click Transfer. A confirmation reports how many items moved.

What to expect

  • QR codes keep working. Codes and their destinations survive the move — nothing in print breaks.
  • A page's media travels with it. Images and PDFs used by a transferred page come along automatically, so the page arrives intact.
  • Folders and tags don't carry over. Both are specific to a team, so transferred items land at the destination's root, untagged — refile and retag them there.
  • Menus stay put. Menus can't currently be transferred between teams; rebuild them in the destination (the CSV export/import in the menu builder makes that quick).
  • Destination limits apply. If the receiving team is on the free Starter plan, a transfer that would push it past its limits is blocked — upgrade the destination first.

When this comes up

  • You started solo and later created a team — move the work into the shared space.
  • An account restructure: consolidating two workspaces into one.
  • Handing a client project from your workspace to theirs (you'll need to be a member of both).

Transfers move ownership entirely — after the move, the items belong to the destination team and follow its plan and permissions.
